How does it work?

Step 1 : Reservation and creating your photo design

You can book your Photo Booth package at all time directly on our website using the reservation form.

 

You will then gain access to the VIP photo design tool. (MORE THAN 50000 POSSIBILITIES)

 

You can also reserve your Photo Booth package by phone. Our 24 hour callback policy assures you a quick and efficient customer service. Once the reservation for and (250$) deposit is complete, you will receive an email with all the details needed for a successful event.


Step 2 : The day of the event

On the day of the event, your Photo Booth attendant will arrive 1h30  before the Photo Booth start time to install the Photo Booth. Ex: If you want your guests to have fun and use the photo booth between 18h to 23h, the attendant will arrive around 16h30. At 18h, the DJ will announce the grand openning of the Photo Booth.

*The ''idle time'' option is perfect if you want the Photo Booth to be installed even earlyer.

 

Around 22h45, the DJ will anounce the last call to make sure that all guests can go and make some souvenirs. If you want to extend your package, you can do it at that point or earlier. Simply inform your Photo Booth Attendant.

 

Note: At some point during the night, the attendant will come to you to complete the paiment on your Photo Booth package. We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal and company checks.

Step 3 : The end of the activity

Few minutes after the Photo booth activity, your attendant will give you your USB Flashdrive containing all the event's picture. 

If you wanted the online photo gallery, you will gain access to it using a password sent by email 24 to 72 hours after your event. You and your guests will then be able to download your pictures for free.

Useful tips
1 - Plan the balance of your payment. It has to be paid in total no later than the date of your event. We accept cash, credit cards, Paypal and company checks. (Personnal checks are not accepted)
*Send us an email if you need an invoice to issue a check. Checks should be made payable to: FLASHCUBES.CA 
 
2 - Plan a table nearby the photo booth. It is very useful to put purses, drinks, etc.
 
3 - Plan a space larger than 8 feet x 8 feet to install the Photo Booth. (10 x 10 and up is best). A functional electrical outlet should be within 20 feet of that location. It is also recommended to setup the Photo Booth nearby the entrance to your room.
 
4 - Plan a meal for your Flashcube attendant. It is always appeciated.
 
5 - If your event is outdoor, plan a tent larger than 12 feet x 12 feet to protect the photo booth from the weather.
 
6 - The Photo Booth Star is installed having the backdrop and its structure against a wall. Please plan accordingly.
